Objetive
The workshop intends to strengthen the enterprises of the popular and solidarity economy by improving their commercial communication strategies. All the material was developed as a support for the Commercial Communication Strategies workshop for businesses and businesses in the popular and solidarity economy of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
Specific objectives of the workshop
• Recognize the importance of economic planning and ordering of information to detect problems in time and make better decisions.
• Identify and begin to implement strategies for financial monitoring, control and evaluation as central elements for the development of projects.
• Acquire tools and methods that allow them to understand the enterprise itself, its environment, the markets in which they participate or could participate, and the general context.
• Know and use digital tools in order to improve the organization, administration and communication of the venture.

Work Modality
The training was designed to provide comprehensive theoretical-practical training. For this reason, in the development of the workshop we work analyzing concepts and linking them with the concrete experience of the ventures.
